Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide behavioral health services to adults and children in a community-based outpatient setting.
Must hold an active LCSW license in the practice location, with a master’s or doctorate in Social Work or related field.Minimum two years of post-graduate experience in individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy.Effective communication skills in English and completion of an accredited social work program with at least a B+ GPA.Responsibilities include providing compassionate psychotherapy, completing clinical documentation, participating in team activities, maintaining compliance, and referring to community resources when needed.Additional duties include supporting administrative tasks, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and addressing patient or provider concerns.Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and competitive pay starting at $35/hour. The role is in-person, 40 hours per week.
