Job Description
Seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) for home health services in multiple areas including Santa Clara, San Jose, Fremont, and surrounding cities.
Flexible schedule with per diem hours (minimum 6 visits/week), independent work environment, and established support.
Primary role involves diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, voice, swallowing, and related disorders to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
Open to new grads and entry-level candidates with no prior home health experience.
Requirements include a valid CA SLP license, reliable transportation, CPR/BLS certification, and completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
