Job Description
Seeking an Associate Therapist for a leading residential addiction treatment program with starting pay at $80,000/year.
Provide individual counseling, group facilitation, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.
Conduct assessments, support family engagement, and coordinate care across departments and external agencies.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in staff meetings and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must have 2+ years of experience in psychosocial assessment, dual diagnosis, and 12-step models, with relevant licensure (e.g., Clinical Social Work or MFT).
