Job Description
Provides evidence-based therapy and case management for residential youth and their families, focusing on holistic, trauma-informed care using Family Systems Theory.
Adheres to agency and state policies, promotes mission and values, and demonstrates cultural sensitivity.
Develops and implements treatment plans, collaborates with families and external agencies, and facilitates quarterly reviews.
Engages in ongoing training, maintains professional licensure, and participates in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Provides individual, group, and family counseling, crisis intervention, and supports treatment continuity post-discharge.
Collaborates with team members, oversees assessments, and may supervise interns. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call duties is required.
Supports youth’s social, emotional, and physical well-being through strong relationships and comprehensive care, contributing to program excellence and community partnership.
