Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) to join our residential facility for youth aged 12-19.

  • Starting salary is $75,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
  • The role reports to the Clinical Director and COO.

    • Our facility offers a structured, therapeutic environment focused on promoting positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills through milieu therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

  • Candidates should have a master’s degree in counseling or related field, hold appropriate Illinois licensure, and have juvenile counseling experience preferred.
  • Technology competency is required.
