Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across several Mid-West states, with expanding opportunities.

Immediate openings are available for Fully Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health, for Part-Time or Full-Time roles in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psycho-social evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment (individual, group, and family therapies) for nursing home residents, managing 10-15 patients daily with flexibility for scheduling. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams ensures quality care and proper documentation, including Medicare compliance. This is a clinical, day-time role with autonomy, support, and modern electronic records.

Qualifications:

• LMSW with a Master’s degree from an accredited university and 1-2 years’ experience
• Full state license
• Strong communication and tech proficiency

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare/nursing home settings and Medicare guidelines
