Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide specialized care for adolescent boys aged 13-18 struggling with severe anxiety and OCD in a residential treatment setting.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with the team.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy, maintaining thorough documentation and communication with support systems.
  • Create a safe environment and participate in activities within the campus and community.
  • Support staff and contribute to treatment reviews, while pursuing ongoing training and certifications.

    • Qualifications include an active Utah license (Ph.D., CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or related), a valid driver’s license, and experience with adolescents preferred.

    Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, professional development, and a monthly gas stipend. This full-time position offers a salary of $65,000-$85,000, with a Monday–Friday schedule, in-person work in Huntsville, UT. Candidates must be able to relocate before starting.
