Job Description

Seeking motivated LCDC-I professionals for a full-time role with flexible schedules, remote/tele-support options, and a rewarding environment.

  • Starting pay: $20.45/hour with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement.

  • Provide screening, assessment, and individualized treatment planning based on DSM-V and TDI criteria.

  • Deliver individual counseling, process group, and psycho-educational sessions weekly, utilizing virtual and telephonic engagement to serve clients with limited access to resources.

  • Complete case management documentation and service coordination within required timeframes, adhering to ethical standards and supervision protocols.

  • Engage in community outreach, education, and representation on local committees.

  • Requires flexible hours, extensive paperwork, travel, and a valid Texas driver’s license. Must be willing to relocate to Big Spring, TX, prior to start.

  • Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree.


  • Note: Candidates must pass the state licensing exam and comply with supervision and training regulations.
