Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Services in Riverside, CA.

Designed for newly licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC), this role involves coordinating and supervising Intensive Home-Based Services, including TBS and mental health assessments, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration with families, schools, and community agencies.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, reviews, therapy sessions, documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires a Master’s degree, valid California license, crisis management skills, and preferably bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Offering a salary of $78,300, benefits include health insurance, retirement, training, and flexible work arrangements. Must be willing to travel across the Inland Empire region.
