Nurse Practitioner – Orthopedic Clinic (Non-Surgical)

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to support an orthopedic spine surgeon in a busy outpatient clinic located in Fredericksburg, VA.

Provide comprehensive musculoskeletal and spine care, including evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, and procedures such as injections and splinting.

Manage pre- and post-operative spine patients, conduct physical exams, interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate with the surgical team.

Responsibilities include patient education, documentation, triage, and care coordination.

Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, Virginia NP license, prescriptive authority, orthopedic/spine experience preferred but not required for new grads with interest.
