Job Description

This full-time Medical provider role involves evaluating and treating urgent care patients and injured workers, performing work and sports physicals, and managing minor office procedures such as laceration repairs and splints.

  • Evaluate and treat patients with minor illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions, providing stabilization and facilitating transfers when necessary.
  • Perform wellness, work-related, and sports physicals; interpret lab, radiology, EKG, and pulmonary tests.
  • Ensure thorough documentation, billing, and quality assurance in patient care.
  • Respond to hospital and emergency codes, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Serve as shift leader if qualified, supervising other providers as needed.

    • Qualifications include licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with at least two years of independent clinical experience, current certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), and good communication skills. Candidates should be adaptable, efficient, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure. The position offers a salary range of $93,600-$140,000 and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Must be able to commute and relocate to Pocatello, ID.
