Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.

  • Manage overall facility operations, maintaining adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care and outpatient services.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA to protect patient privacy.
  • Train and develop staff to foster continuous improvement in patient services.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting for optimal resident care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to patient care and operations.
  • Address resident concerns promptly, ensuring a supportive living environment.

  • Requires experience in healthcare settings, preferably skilled nursing, hospital, or ICU.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing healthcare teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to commute to and relocate to Moscow, ID.
