Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (full-time or part-time) for primary care in a rural outpatient setting.
Provide comprehensive care through physical exams, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.
Order tests, interpret results, prescribe medications, and document in electronic health records.
Promote preventive health, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate referrals with specialists.
Maintain current medical knowledge and support research efforts.
Must have an active Texas license, relevant certification, and 2-4 years of primary care experience.

Flexible hours, with one day per week at a rural clinic, and compensation is negotiable.
