Job Description

The Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides comprehensive personal care, wellness, and support to residents in a nursing home setting, promoting their physical and psychosocial well-being.

  • Attend to residents’ needs such as grooming, hygiene, nutrition, mobility, elimination, and safety based on individual care plans.
  • Support residents in self-care and assist those unable to care for themselves.
  • Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain effective communication with residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
  • Work flexible shifts in a full-time capacity, adhering to current standards and regulations.


  • Requirements include certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, and a compassionate attitude.
