Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner in Sioux Falls, SD, offering up to $120,000 annually.

Our clinic specializes in functional wellness and birth services, emphasizing root-cause medicine, patient empowerment, and a supportive environment for families.

The ideal candidate sees patients across all ages, including newborns, children, and adults, with optional experience in routine OB care for low-risk pregnancies.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing follow-ups, interpreting labs, and collaborating with staff to develop personalized care plans. They will also engage in outreach, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to quality assurance.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, South Dakota NP/CNP license, DEA certification, and current BLS/NRP certifications. Pediatric experience and strong compassion are preferred.
