Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for a 6a-6p shift, working every third weekend, at a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Granger, IA.
Provide comprehensive assessments and develop resident-centered care plans based on thorough evaluations.
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, resident-focused care in compliance with BON standards and safety protocols.
Administer medications, perform advanced procedures, and document care accurately, maintaining HIPAA and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, guide staff, and ensure proper implementation of care plans.
Monitor resident well-being, respond to changes, and report incidents promptly.
Maintain a safe environment, ensure staff compliance, and promote a culture of exceptional service and integrity.
Qualifications include an approved nursing program, current RN license, CPR certification, and preferred skilled nursing experience.
