Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Nephrology office and dialysis facility.
Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting, including assessments and physical exams.Assist in managing patients with chronic kidney disease and on dialysis.Order and interpret diagnostic tests and educate patients on treatment and medications.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.Requirements include an active VA Medical license, DEA certification, and strong communication skills. Nephrology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
