Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to provide specialized psychiatric care at an acute detox clinic in Tucson, AZ.

  • Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing dual diagnoses, prescribing medications and MAT, leading crisis interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Qualifications require an MD or DO, active AZ medical license, board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry, DEA registration, and Arizona PMP enrollment. Additional requirements include opioid CME, MATE Act training, and a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • The role offers competitive hourly pay ($150-$210/hour), with at least 20 hours/week, working in person within a supportive, evidence-based environment dedicated to long-term recovery and patient empowerment.
