Job Description

Seeking a full-time pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic team.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders.

Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, collaborate with families and professionals, and document progress.

Stay current with research and participate in professional development.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Communication Sciences or related field, active licensure in Virginia, CCC preferred, experience with neurodiversity-affirming practices, AAC, early language, speech sound disorders, and fluency. Experience working with AAC vendors is a plus.
