Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and relevant certification in Recreational, Art, or Music Therapy, with at least 2 years of related experience. Responsibilities include supporting treatment programs, maintaining documentation, assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering group therapy. Applicants must demonstrate knowledge of psychiatric care, development stages, and chemical dependency treatment, including the 12-Step program. Additional qualifications include knowledge of regulatory standards, CPR certification, and understanding of age-specific therapeutic approaches.
