Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech, language, swallowing, and hearing assessments and treatments for all age groups within the Special Education services Program.
Demonstrates expertise in language development, assessment, and intervention strategies.Develops and implements individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.Collaborates with educators and support staff to support inclusive classroom environments.Provides direct therapy services, including community and home visits, and monitors progress.Maintains accurate documentation, billing, and compliance with Medicaid and other requirements.Offers training and guidance to staff and families on communication tools and strategies.Participates in team meetings, parent conferences, and community events.Supervises CFY candidates and contributes to interdisciplinary committees.**This full-time role offers a salary of $67,000–$69,000 with benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.**
