Job Description
This role involves providing speech therapy services to patients across Stephens, Grady, and Comanche Counties, requiring travel to various settings including long-term care, assisted living, and outpatient clinics.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans focused on communication and swallowing disorders.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and monitor patient progress.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications include a valid Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathology license, experience with pediatric and long-term care populations, strong assessment skills, and willingness to travel 100% of the time.
