Effectively evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary interventions, monitor outcomes, and modify services accordingly. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers. Accurately document services and maintain patient records per regulatory standards.
