Job Description
The Therapist provides individualized and group therapy, conducts bio-psychosocial assessments, and develops treatment plans for clients within a facility.
They coordinate care, including discharge planning and client resource development, collaborating with case managers and service providers.
Qualifications include a valid license, criminal background clearance, and health screenings; preferred experience in mental health, dual diagnosis, trauma, and eating disorders with a master’s degree.
Essential duties involve counseling, administering assessments, adjusting therapy methods, and documenting progress. They conduct family and group sessions, crisis intervention, and liaise with medical and social services.

Experience in inpatient settings and relevant licenses are preferred.
