Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist for a flexible, home-based role serving areas like Huber Heights, Tipp City, Troy, Vandalia, and Piqua.

• Work Environment: Provide therapy in clients’ homes or remotely, supporting individuals of all ages to improve communication and quality of life.
• Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, routine visits, and documentation; collaborate with other disciplines; educate families; participate in meetings and continuing education.
• Qualifications: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with experience or willingness to learn home health; compassionate, reliable, with auto and current CPR.
• Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $60/hour, with flexible hours, 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
• Additional Info: Master’s degree preferred; must be able to relocate to Troy, OH; work involves both on-the-road and virtual interactions.
