Job Description

Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support within a therapy department.

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams; document services accurately per regulatory standards.
  • Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team conferences, education, and professional development.
  • Ensure safe working practices, maintain a positive facility culture, and support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and appropriate licensure and certifications.
