Job Description

We’re hiring a full-time CCC-SLP to join our neurodiverse-affirming private practice in Jacksonville, FL.

  • Provide evidence-based evaluation and therapy for pediatric clients, including speech, language, AAC, and feeding services.
  • Collaborate with therapists, families, and staff to ensure coordinated, family-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to ethical and professional standards, and support quality assurance.
  • Supervise SLPA activities, ensuring compliance with ASHA and Florida regulations.
  • Lead with a playful, child-focused approach while fostering team growth and professional development.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Communication Sciences & Disorders, Florida licensure, CCC-SLP or CF-SLP status, and experience with pediatrics preferred.
