Job Description

The Speech Language Pathologist in Home Health provides assessment and therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Conducts screenings, reviews referrals, and evaluates patient needs to develop personalized treatment plans.

Monitors progress, adjusts interventions as needed, and supervises licensed assistants.

Creates programs to maintain and enhance residents’ abilities within their environment.

Ensures quality and effectiveness of therapy services.
