Speech Language Pathologist, $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Job Description

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with a one-year payout schedule.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to optimize outcomes, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and support professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy aligned with current clinical standards.
• Communicate patient progress with families, physicians, and team members; document services accurately.
• Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team meetings, training, and professional growth.
• Ensure safety, maintain documentation compliance, and support a positive facility culture.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current California license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence and CPR certification preferred.
• 2-3 years rehab experience in a skilled nursing environment preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical, and supervisory skills.

Details: Full-time, 40 hours/week, earning $55-$65/hour, with health insurance benefits. Physical requirements include extensive patient interaction and safe work practices.
