Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our 240-bed facility offering Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, and Sub-Acute services. Full-time and part-time positions are available with a sign-on bonus for full-time candidates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting resident screenings and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Establishing and implementing therapy schedules in collaboration with the team
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to residents, families, and staff
  • Providing therapy services according to treatment plans with proper documentation and billing

    • Requirements:

  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an SLP
