Speech Language Pathologist – (SLP) – Part-Time – Home Health – Covington

Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Covington, TN, serving surrounding communities.

Provide assessments, evaluations, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within scope of practice.

Collaborate with healthcare team and assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies.

Evaluate patient function and support recovery goals based on diagnostic tests.

Must Have:
– Minimum one year of clinical speech-language pathology experience
– Current, unencumbered license and CCC-SLP
– One year home health experience
– CPR certification, reliable transportation, and ability to commute within the area
