Speech Language Pathologist $5000 Sign-on Bonus

Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid throughout the first year.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, families, and physicians.

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy using current practices.
• Communicate patient progress and collaborate with team members.
• Supervise clinical staff and document services accurately in compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to a positive facility culture, promote safety, and support professional development.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, CA license, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CPR certification if required.

Compensation & Benefits: $55-$65/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and relocation assistance.
