Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician/Therapist/Social Worker to provide comprehensive mental health and substance use services.
Meet with clients to gather personal, clinical, and treatment history information.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and evaluate client progress.
Offer crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, and support for issues like PTSD, family problems, and mental health disorders.
Refer clients to specialists, coordinate services, and develop post-treatment plans.
Maintain confidentiality, comply with ethical standards, and handle insurance documentation.
Assist clients with coping strategies and social services, advocating for their needs.
