Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an interventional pain management clinic with 4 locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center.

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
  • Document patient care in medical records and collaborate with the team
  • Monitor and manage patients, referring to specialists as needed
  • Work in an outpatient setting with no hospital call or rounding

    • Offering a flexible full-time schedule, full benefits, productivity bonuses, CME reimbursement, and a collegial environment.

    Requirements include current licensure, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain one, and BLS certification. Must relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting.

    Salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
