Join a dedicated team as a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Milton, NH, providing essential mental health care to adolescents and young adults in a residential treatment setting.

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment and medication plans.
  • Prescribe, monitor, and manage psychiatric medications ensuring safe, evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic client recovery.
  • Educate residents and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence.
  • Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis stabilization when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system.

    • Ideal candidates have a Master’s in Nursing with PMHNP certification, active NH Nurse Practitioner License, DEA (or in process), and at least 2 years of psychiatric experience, preferably with youth. Must be willing to work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekend on-call rotation, and be able to commute or relocate to Milton, NH. Salary up to $140,000 annually.
