Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience in wound care to join a mobile healthcare team in Lewisburg, WV. This full-time or part-time role offers flexible scheduling, typically ending by 5:00 pm, with no after-hours work. The position involves conducting on-site assessments, providing advanced wound care, educating patients, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities include utilizing EMR systems, developing treatment plans, and reducing rehospitalizations. Candidates must have a valid Virginia license, reliable transportation, and strong clinical and communication skills. Home health experience is a plus.
