Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are hiring a Registered Nurse for evening shifts (6p-6a or 10p-6a) at a supportive, Great Place to Work® certified facility in Shenandoah, IA.

Provide high-quality, resident-centered care by performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized Plans of Care.

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring adherence to standards, safety, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and QAPI initiatives.

Administer medications, IVs, and other advanced nursing procedures, maintaining accurate documentation.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate residents and families, and promote a culture of compassionate, respectful care.

Manage staffing, oversee clinical practices, and ensure a safe environment following safety protocols.

Qualifications: Current RN license, CPR certification, and preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living. Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills are essential.
