Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide healthcare services in Long Term Care Facilities.

The role involves reviewing patient records, delivering treatments, prescribing medications, and providing after-hours urgent care on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities include participating in performance improvement programs, developing care plans, practicing evidence-based medicine, and documenting in electronic health records, including ordering tests and reviewing results.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program, effective communication and teamwork skills, and Missouri nurse practitioner licensure.
