Nephrology NP/PA

Job Description

Seeking a full-time *Nephrology Nurse Practitioner* to join an established team. The role involves providing hospital coverage on weekdays and weekends (shared with other providers), rounding in dialysis units, and flexible outpatient office hours.

Ideal candidates are motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills, experienced in clinical or hospital settings, preferably with nephrology background. Responsibilities include obtaining medical histories, performing examinations, ordering studies, documenting patient care, evaluating and treating kidney-related diseases, and coordinating with the primary team.

Qualifications include an active NY RN license, 2+ years of experience (preferably in nephrology), NP certification (ANCC or AANP), DEA eligibility, and ability to be credentialed at an affiliated hospital.

Compensation ranges from $60-$80/hour plus productivity bonus, with benefits like 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
