Growing company focused on positivity, learning, and patient outcomes seeks a Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner in the Portland, OR area.

• Requires wound care experience, strong communication skills, and prior primary care background (preferred).
• Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate records.
• Must have compassionate bedside manner, analytical skills, and be punctual with scheduled hours.
• Position involves travel in personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree and at least one year of wound care and NP experience required; certifications like WCC, CWON, or CWS are highly recommended.
• Full-time role with Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, earning up to $180,000/year plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
