Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team, providing patient-centered care across various settings.

  • Perform on-site wound assessments, debridements, and treatments.
  • Collaborate with physicians and facility staff to develop care plans.
  • Accurately document visits and treatments in the EMR system.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Stay updated on wound care advancements.

    • Qualifications include current NP licenses in Missouri and Illinois, with preferred wound care experience. The role involves travel for training and requires strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills, along with dependable transportation.
