Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care in Houston.

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

Conduct routine check-ups and preventive services

Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated patient care

Maintain accurate patient records

Engage in quality improvement and continued education

Requirements: MD or DO, licensed in Texas, at least 5 years of primary care experience, strong communication skills, patient-centered approach.
