We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a community health setting.

Deliver primary care across all ages, focusing on prevention and management of acute/chronic conditions Supervise care team members and ensure quality standards Maintain accurate records and participate in quality audits Support health promotion initiatives and participate in on-call coverageRequirements:
