Seeking a full-time Licensed Master’s Level Therapist or Clinical Licensed Social Worker in Kansas City, MO, to provide individual, family, group, and co-parenting therapy to children, youth, and families.

Must hold a current Missouri clinical license and be able to bill managed care when applicable. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, resolution, and healing within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include at least 5 years of clinical counseling experience, proficiency in English, and licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri. The position is in person, requiring relocation if necessary, and offers a competitive salary of $55,315-$60,000 annually along with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, flexible schedule, and professional development support. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
