Job Description

The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, discharge planning, and program development. This onsite role involves developing and reviewing Treatment Plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and linking clients to community resources.

  • Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and at least one year of therapy experience with all age groups.
  • Must hold or be eligible for licensure, with CPR and de-escalation training provided by the facility.

    • Essential functions include conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, providing crisis intervention, facilitating community resource linkage, and participating in team treatment planning. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a full-time schedule.
