Job Description

This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing both individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate care, maintaining accurate medical documentation with proper coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), and monitoring treatment progress are essential duties.

Qualifications include a valid license (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), experience in substance use disorder treatment, proficiency in assessments and therapy, and knowledge of behavior analysis and medical coding standards.

The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a willingness to train candidates with provisional licenses.
