Seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to join a community-based behavioral health team.
Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and crisis intervention in various settings.
Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and professional ethics. Maintain accurate documentation, participate in team meetings, and perform administrative duties.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, with up to 2 years of experience working with SED children or SMI/SUD adults. Licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) in NM is required. Bilingual skills preferred.
