Seeking passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists for a growing, collaborative team in San Jose, CA.
Provide 1:1 pediatric speech therapy across language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and AAC. Conduct evaluations and develop play-based, individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OTs, PTs, and feeding therapists. Mentor SLPAs and Clinical Fellows, with opportunities for leadership and growth. Communicate compassionately with families and caregivers. Flexible scheduling options available, including traditional, split, and weekend shifts with additional pay for Saturday sessions.
Qualifications: CA licensure, CCC from ASHA, pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.
