Job Description
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care and supporting activities to achieve optimal therapy outcomes.
Deliver comprehensive evaluation and treatment programs to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Develop and document treatment plans, obtain physician approvals, and ensure accurate, outcome-oriented documentation complying with regulatory standards.Supervise clinical staff, contribute to team meetings, and integrate multidisciplinary input into patient care.Participate in professional development through continuing education, peer interactions, and presentations.Promote a positive facility culture, demonstrate safe practices, and maintain equipment and work areas safely.Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of relevant experience, CCC-SLP, and current state licensure. Physical demands include working with patients and performing CPR if needed.
