Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide maternity leave coverage in a compassionate, collaborative practice dedicated to supporting children with ASD and developmental disabilities.
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children receiving ABA therapy.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on communication, social skills, articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
Collaborate with behavior analysts, caregivers, and team members to ensure coordinated therapy approaches.
Provide direct therapy sessions in clinical or home settings and monitor progress regularly.
Educate and support parents with strategies for at-home communication development.
Maintain accurate documentation, adhering to HIPAA and clinic policies.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Requirements include NJ SLP license, ASHA certification, ≥3 years pediatric experience, and ability to work in Paramus, NJ.
